Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your data and will need to create a new account if you wish to use Crabaride again.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your personal profile information
- Your ride history and bookings
- Your vehicle information
- Your verification status
- Your saved preferences and settings
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for legal and regulatory purposes:
- Transaction records (required by law)
- Communication logs with other users
- Records of reported incidents or violations
Deletion Process
- Log in to your account
- Submit your deletion request
- Our team will review your request within 30 days
- You will be logged out immediately after submitting the request
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
